Leadership Development: Led by our experienced TayPlay activity leaders, participants will embark on a journey of personal growth and skill-building. From leading warm-ups to delivering their own sessions, they'll receive hands-on guidance every step of the way.
Hands-on Experience: Throughout the programme, participants will complete a workbook that serves as a reflective tool, allowing them to document their progress and insights gained. This practical approach ensures that learning extends beyond the campgrounds and into their daily lives.
Mentorship: Our TayPlay Activity Leaders serve as mentors, providing support and encouragement as participants navigate their leadership roles. With their guidance, young leaders will develop confidence, communication skills, and a sense of responsibility.

Certificate & Reference
Upon completion of our Young Leaders programme, participants will receive a certificate for their achievement. This certificate can be used as evidence of participation, commitment and hard work.
We’re also happy to act as a reference for young people exploring further opportunities. Our programme can be a great step towards childcare, coaching and sports qualifications and we’d be honoured to discuss the achievement with external organisations if requested.
